Simple booking and flexible changes
A 20% deposit (minimum A$150), paid securely online by card via Stripe, confirms your charter, and the balance is due 7 days before travel. You can manage your booking online with your order number plus email or phone, including change and cancellation requests. One free date or time change is available when requested 14 or more days before travel, subject to availability.
