Cancellation and Change Policy
A 20% deposit (minimum A$150) confirms a private charter unless a different written arrangement is provided. The balance is due 7 days before travel. Bookings made within 7 days may require full payment.
Private charters: customer cancellation
- 30+ days before travel: full refund less non-recoverable third-party costs.
- 14-29 days before travel: 80% refund or 100% travel credit valid for 12 months.
- 7-13 days before travel: 50% refund or 75% travel credit valid for 12 months.
- 48 hours-6 days before travel: 25% refund or 50% travel credit valid for 12 months.
- Less than 48 hours, no-show or vehicle already dispatched: no refund.
Changes
One free date or time change is available 14+ days before travel, subject to vehicle availability and fare difference. Changes closer to travel are subject to review.
Shared day tours
- 7+ days before departure: 100% refund.
- 72 hours-7 days before departure: 80% refund.
- 48-72 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- After settlement (48 hours before departure): no refund, but your seat can be transferred to another traveller.
- If we cancel a departure, you receive a 100% refund plus a A$20 travel credit.
When more groups join a shared tour, the price difference is refunded to every group at settlement. You never pay more than the price you booked.
How to cancel or change
Open "My bookings", enter your order number and the email or phone used on the booking, and submit a change or cancellation request. Our operations team reviews every request.
Consumer law
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
