Working with Chinese-speaking and overseas agencies

Many groups visiting Tasmania are organised by inbound and overseas agencies, including Chinese-speaking agencies. Our booking site runs in both English and Simplified Chinese, so your team can check prices, confirm bookings and request changes in the language that suits them. Chinese and English driver-guides and trip notes are available to help your clients get the most from each day.

Peak periods such as the December to January lavender bloom and the Christmas and New Year holidays fill quickly. Partners get early access to lavender-season and other peak departures, so you can secure transport before publishing your programs.

Products you can package

Common building blocks for agency itineraries include Hobart Airport transfers from A$295, Port Arthur day charters from A$1,250 and Freycinet / Wineglass Bay day charters from A$2,050. Prices are indicative; final prices depend on date, passengers and itinerary.

For small FIT clients, the shared day tours use pooled pricing: clients pay the solo-group tier up front and are automatically refunded the difference if other groups join. For larger groups, see Tasmania bus charter, and for MICE groups see corporate event transport.

Standard booking terms apply: a 20% deposit (minimum A$150) confirms private charters, with the balance due 7 days before travel.
